This policy is written in plain language so students can understand it. It explains how to use Viden the right way.

Using Viden

Viden is a study app to help you learn and practise. Here's how to use it well:

Do: - Use Viden for study and learning. - Keep your password private. Don't share it with anyone except a teacher who is helping you. - Be kind and respectful. - Tell a teacher if something looks wrong, broken, or upsetting.

Don't: - Don't try to log in as someone else or use another person's account. - Don't try to break, hack, or get around how the app works. - Don't share anything rude, mean, or inappropriate. - Don't try to see other people's private information.

What happens if the rules are broken

If someone uses Viden the wrong way, their teacher or school can pause or close their account. Serious problems may be reported to the school.

For teachers and schools

Teachers manage student accounts, including creating them and resetting passwords. Teachers can report any problem — technical faults, security concerns, privacy questions, or student safety issues — to videnstudy@gmail.com, and we will respond.
